Manufacturing and Development

Mosaic Development will work with your designers and marketing group to engineer and develop your concept whether it starts as a sketch or, a fully designed product, into a final manufactured product.

We can either work as your onsite production manager or, if you prefer, we can manufacture and sell the product and sell to you. Through our partnerships with quality production facilities in Asia we can provide:

• Injection molding, metal forming, aluminum forming, blow molding, zinc aluminum alloy production, paper, PU leatherette, and cardboard construction, and die casting.
• Decoration and finishing – anodizing, pad printing, vacuum, water transfer, and spray.
• Programming and production of custom, non-standard specialty calculators, pedometers, and devices.
• Graphic design services.

We have manufactured for some of the largest branded companies in the health and beauty, retail, and promotional markets. Our focus is on providing primary and secondary packaging, digital devices, and high-end promotional items. We are up-to-date with suppliers of sustainable, environmentally-friendly materials and processes.

We will work with you every step of the way starting from 3D models of your concepts, through the tooling process, and until the final product is inspected and shipped.
